XPS Foam Board Extrusion Line manufactured using state-of-the-art technology accumulated through EP MACHINERY continuous research and development is for the production of homogeneous, closed-cell-structured, extruded polystyrene foam boards, an economical, optimal acoustic and thermal insulation materials, from general purpose polystyrene (GP-PS) and some additives using a blowing agent by the process of continuous extrusion thus forming a board of the desired thickness.

Chemically Cross-linked PE Foam Sheet Production Line :
Used to produce a very fine closed-cell structured, chemically cross-linked Polyethylene foam sheet, in continuous roll, with smooth, aesthetic surface on both sides from PE adding cross-linking and blowing agent and some other purpose additives.
It is the most preferred insulation material of the 21st century. Compared to non-cross-linked Polyethylene foam, Chemically Cross-linked-PE foam offers longer life of the product, better thermal stability and insulating properties, which makes chemically cross-linked PE foam serve variety of industries.
Chemically Cross-linked PE Foam Sheet is produced from the eco-friendly procedure consisting of a kneading & compounding, mother sheet extrusion and cross-linking and foaming procedure.

PS & PE RECYCLING MACHINE
PS & PE Foam Recycling Machine equipped with a single screw recycles Polystyrene & Polyethylene foam scraps into the 100% reusable, quality recycled resins almost identical to new ones for the same production.
Model no.EP-PS & PE-R is featured its high capacity of up to 150kg/hr owing to its unique system. It has a crusher which is designed to crush PS foam waste. The crushed PS foam scrap will be automatically blowing into the machine via a cyclone.
The machine has a main screw and side feeding screw as well. The side feeding screw is a major technology guaranteeing high capacity.
